Our kids and teenagers face more challenges than ever before. Anxiety and stress are more and more prevalent in their young lives.
Our programs are designed to inspire an understanding of how mind and body work together.
The lessons help kids and teens to recognize feelings and build a meditation tool box to help release stress, anxiety and intense feelings. They begin to create an awareness, enabling them to shift their mindset.
It is our goal to help our students to confidently navigate change, build resilience, increase self-esteem; to reduce anxiety and feel enabled and empowered through awareness, reframing and developing a positive, productive mindset.

Your Planting a Seed session is a complimentary 30 minute exploration to include the parent and child/teen.
Get acquainted with your coach and receive an introduction to meditation after which additional sessions can be scheduled.
